Fill out some basic information and chat with me about your vision. This is where we can decide if we're a good match!

We pick a date & time, location, and start sharing some inspiration pictures, checklists, and other "must do" items before your session!

3. Capture & Deliver

Our session will be full of carefully chosen poses, candid moments, prompts to bring emotion out, and a quick recap of delivery date & how you can get your photos!

We discuss your vision together and create a cohesive style, planning checklists, guides, and intentional location scouting so that your vision comes to life in a way that feels intentional and authentic to your story.

FAQ

How do we book a photo session with you?

Visit my "Contact Me" page and fill out the short form so that we can discuss date, time, and location. From there, I will send you a booking link, where you will confirm your session and pay your retainer.

What should we wear for our session?

This is unique to each and every person! When we discuss your vision, we will put together a few ideas and I will send you a style guide that is made for YOU. Some basic tips are to avoid graphics or distracting patterns, get rid of those hair ties on your wrists, and get lots of rest the night before!

How long does it take to get our photos?

Generally, I take 2-3 weeks to turn around photos and return them to clients. More often than not, you will get them before that time but it's totally dependent on how busy the season is! I try to get you a sneak peek or two before the end of 1 week, though.

Can I order prints or albums through you?

I am currently working on finding out how to make this a possibility! Stay tuned!

I saw you have a contract, what does it cover?

Booking Your Session

To officially reserve your date:

A non-refundable retainer is required
Your date is not secured until payment is received
Remaining balance is due 7 days before your session

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, I get it.

One complimentary reschedule is included (with proper notice)
Additional reschedules may include a fee
Cancellations are non-refundable

Coverage & Timing

Your session is booked for a specific amount of time.

Coverage does not automatically extend if events run late
I am not responsible for missed moments due to delays, timelines shifting, or event flow changes
Additional time must be approved in advance

Editing & Artistic Direction

My editing style is part of my signature work.

All images are edited in my artistic style
Final image selection is curated by me
No refunds due to editing style or artistic preference
No filters, edits, or alterations may be applied after delivery

People & Participation

The best photos happen when people are engaged and present.
I rely on cooperation from all participants
I cannot guarantee specific shots if people refuse or are unavailable
I am not responsible for missed moments due to lack of participation

Weather Policy (Outdoors)

Final weather call is made 2–3 hours before your session
Weather-related reschedules do not count as your free reschedule
I determine whether conditions are safe and workable

Safety First

I may pause or end coverage if needed for safety.

This includes:

harassment or unsafe behavior
unsafe environments
disruptive or aggressive situations
No refunds are issued for time lost due to unsafe conditions.

Delivery & Storage

Galleries are delivered in ~2-3 weeks
Images are available for download for 3 months
RAW files are not included

Usage Rights

You receive personal-use rights
I retain full copyright
Images may be used in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed
You may opt out of minor children being posted on social media
